Experience that connects business, capital, and public purpose

Victor Hoskins has spent 25 years on both sides of the table — SVP of a Wall Street-based real estate investment company (UrbanAmerica, LP), SVP of a private real estate development company, Deputy Mayor in Washington, DC, Director of Economic Development for Arlington County, Cabinet Secretary in Maryland, and President and CEO of the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, Virginia’s largest economy. He now counsels from the private side. Victor is an MIT-trained urban planner and an honors graduate of Dartmouth.

Victor advises companies, family offices, and public partners on real estate strategy and public-private investment. The work is the same work that brought Amazon HQ2 to Arlington, rebuilt The Wharf and CityCenter in Washington, and carried Fairfax County through a $47 billion expansion of its economy — now offered as independent advisory services.

Having held the public positions that decide whether a deal lives, Victor also knows the private side in real estate investment and housing finance. That combination is the firm — the advisor who has had to make both sets of numbers work.
